The world is small
Monday, after my last lesson of the day, Bahasa Indonesia kelas TA, Cindy told me she will be eating outside. Strange, cos usually i will be the one asking her to accompany me. And now my mum is cooking (back from her work) and Cindy mum is not cooking (cos her mum thought she's taking eight precepts that day). Anyway, so i plan to accompany her to fong seng to eat. On our way, i saw two familiar face trying to do french homework together. So i jio them along to eat. And of course introduce Cindy to them. After some pretty mundane conversation, suddenly the topic of our CCA, BS, was brought into the Buddhism, and we managed to share quite a bit with them. Especially Cindy, whom give a pretty detailed explanation on the Five Precepts. A pity though, I did not touch on the foundamental teachings of Four Noble Truth and Eigthfold Path. However, coincidentally, cindy brought along one of her favorite book to read that day, and so, pass it on to SW, for him to read. Though i doubt he will have the time to do so...
Tuesday, while me and SW are on our way from science to Arts for our consultation with our tutor, someone looking bright and cheery came up. It was Gillian. Having a week of break sure perks her up.Anyway she also knew SW. And Liling, who was with her, too... Hmmm, it is a small world...
Did not touch Bahasa at all. Now i shall see how to pass a test w/o any preparation at all... Hmmm...... My design project are draining me. Chem Eng are so competitive and kiasu. Everyone is doing work which 'spoil market' such that it is a necessity to spoil market liao... One project done. Yet another coming up. Sianz
